Shipping Rates
We offer Free U.S. Shipping on orders of $199 or more.
For orders under $199, standard shipping rates are based on your order subtotal:

Orders under $50: $4.99 shipping fee

Orders from $50 to $99.99: $9.99 shipping fee

Orders from $100 to $198.99: $14.99 shipping fee

Orders of $199 or more: Free standard shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Product Availability & Fulfillment
Shop Backyard Grills is an online retailer and does not maintain all products offered on our website in our own warehouse. Depending on the product, orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer, an authorized distributor, or one of our fulfillment partners.
Product availability is based in part on inventory information provided by our manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners. We work to keep product availability information accurate and up to date; however, inventory levels may change before an order is processed.
If a product becomes unavailable, is backordered, or experiences an unexpected fulfillment delay after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible with available options.
Regardless of where an order is fulfilled or shipped from, Shop Backyard Grills remains your retailer and point of contact for your purchase, including order assistance, shipping questions, returns, refunds, and customer service.
Order Processing
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary for certain products, custom orders, backordered items, or products fulfilled directly by manufacturers or distributors.
Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be considered received on the next business day for processing purposes.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.
Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, manufacturer or distributor, carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Because products may be fulfilled from different locations throughout the United States, items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight carriers, depending on the product, shipment size, fulfillment location, and delivery destination.
Because products may ship directly from manufacturers, authorized distributors, or other fulfillment locations, the carrier used may vary by order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after it is issued.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Shop Backyard Grills ships only within the contiguous United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes for most products.
Freight Deliveries
Many BBQ grills, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other large or heavy items ship via LTL freight carriers.
Freight deliveries are typically made curbside. Depending on the carrier and product, an adult signature may be required upon delivery.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any visible shipping damage as soon as possible so we can assist with a resolution.
