Shipping Rates
We offer Free U.S. Shipping on orders of $199 or more.
For orders under $199, standard shipping rates are based on your order subtotal:
- $0.00 – $49.99: $4.99
- $50.00 – $99.99: $9.99
- $100.00 – $198.99: $14.99

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary for certain products, custom orders, or items shipped directly from manufacturers.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Many of our products ship directly from trusted manufacturers and authorized distribution centers throughout the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is typically sent within 24 hours after your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Shop Backyard Grills ships only within the contiguous United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes for most products.
Freight Deliveries
Many BBQ grills, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other large items ship via LTL freight carriers.
Freight deliveries are typically made curbside. Depending on the carrier and product, an adult signature may be required upon delivery.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any visible shipping damage as soon as possible so we can assist with a resolution.
